Our class with Abby was spectacular. Absolutely worth every penny. She was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. She was flexible with our group and allowed us to decided exactly what we wanted to make! Along with stopping by the markets, we stopped at various historic sites which she explained the significance of to her and the city. The cooking was fun and lively, and the food was amazing!! This class was authentic and meaningful. Definitely the highlight of our trip! Thank you Abby!!

Fantastic location, staff and food.

I did this class with four of my friends, all of us experienced cooks, and we all loved it and learnt a great deal. Can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of the chef and staff. Although a new business, I think they are going to go far. The only aspect that could do with a bit more polish is the communication about the meeting point, the rest was great. Having the class in the market itself is a wonderful idea, and the venue was new and well laid out. The ingredients, bought while we watched from the local sellers, could not have been fresher and were good quality. Each of the dishes we were taught to prepare was done with both precision and clarity, which makes repeating the dish at home much easier. It was all delicious! Well done to all involved.

The perfect way to find out about true Seville!

This experience was one of the highlights of our long weekend. We are a couple in our late 20s and decided to sign up for the activity to get an insight into Sevillian life. We were a little apprehensive that this would be typical tourist trap where we would be moved like cattle from one part of Seville to the other, it was the opposite! Davide and Nesto were great, they introduced us to the markets in Seville pointing out different places where locals eat and drink along the way. As we walked through the cobbled streets they also gave us a bit of a history lesson and were willing to speak to us in Spanish when we asked (as we are learning). The kitchen was located in a modern artists' quarter, all of the local artists welcomed us in to have a look around and chat. We made sangria and four different tapas as part of the activity, and throughout there was no time pressure to leave. It was very relaxing and we felt as though we were with friends rather than on a course!
