Be aware to those interested in this 99euros package: The meeting point either is wrong or the provider didn’t provide this trip anymore somehow they r still selling it on get your guide. We went to the meeting point and realized that there’s only one shuttle provider which is the 25 euros one. We were upset because it costed us a lot! When I called the service line for the provider, it always responded by a robot messenger said “ this line is not available” !! which let you think all this was a scam !! (This package is 99 euros per person) Here I still leave my comment of 3 stars because Get your guide customer service had been handling with my case and complaints efficiently and I finally got my refund in a week, bravo for their fellow up service!

Had some administrative problems ...have to contact hotline foe help. Not a good start early in the morning...standing in the cold sorting up these issues

The meeting time provided by get your guide was much earlier than the time by the company providing the transport. The coach didn’t arrive until 09:00 and then it left around 09:11. We had arrived at 08:10 for 08:30 departure. We then waited for at least 30 mins post arrival to get our passes and 50 euro voucher, to then be told we could only have one. I stressed to the person serving on concierge and she then went to check that we did in fact expect to receive two vouchers for two bookings. The additional 10% off provided with the pass couldn’t be used in most of the places as there was a promotional already on, so that was no benefit either. The meal for lunch was great, there were a good few options to Choose from on the special menu they provided as part of the deal. All in all, the idea is great but there needs to be much better communication between get your guide, the travel provider and the concierge team at the village, to avoid delays and loss of shopping time.
