A detailed time program would have been nice to have prior to visit

The guide was fine. Excellent English, useful information. Instead of encouraging us to get something to eat, we would have preferred to have a look around on the bridge and train. We did not have time enough on the different locations, but it felt like we were pushed around. Not interested in the fake station where we had too much time. Completely weird to stop in an amethyst centre.

Efficient and comfortable DMZ tour

We were looking for a glimpse of the DMZ, not leaving really early in the morning and this tour was that. We didn’t get to go to the JSA as it was closed but went to the observatories, 3rd tunnel, unification village and freedom bridge. The bus was comfy, it left on time and the tour guide was really good. He gave us information about everything we could see out the window from the moment we left Myeongdong and treated us to a few songs too! We could ask as many questions as we liked and he answered them all well. The stops on the tour were brief but long enough to see a few historical landmarks and point of interest. We went to an amethyst shop at the end which was very quick and not as bad as the other obligatory shopping trips I’ve heard of. I would definitely recommend this tour to others. There are many toilet stops and opportunities to pick up food, drinks and souvenirs along the way.

Fun tour. Not too informative but just ask the questions you want answered or do some research beforehand like I did. There is WiFi on the bus! It’s Fast paced but exactly what I was looking for during my long layover in Seoul. You can just skip the last part of the tour which is a Ginseng shop if you don’t like shopping like me. The Myeong-Dong subway stop is just around the corner so you can just walk. You don’t really need to wait for the rest of the tour to finish their shopping and drive around the corner with them to the subway drop off.
