Our tour guide Enrique was really super committed and really on the ball. He held everyone together and was super confident in all questions that were asked of him and could really answer everything about Spanish history. Beware now whining at a high level: we would of course be taken to a goldsmith where they still process gold in a very traditional way. I can understand that this is part of Toledo's history and that metalworking is part of the region. However, you really needed the 45 minutes more in Toledo to look around a little more. Otherwise GREAT!

The guide was knowledgeable and extremely patient in answering all the questions. I would recommend her to be more audible in English as the tour was bilingual. Therefore, it should have been 50% English, which in reality was around 20%. Otherwise, she was very helpful.

The guided tour allowed us to discover other interesting places near Madrid, a little about its history, its culture and its current situation. Good treatment of the bus driver and the guide.

Excelled. Guide very good coach. Very thorough explanation.
