Please follow the below instructions to find your driver: Exit the baggage claim area and you will be in the main Arrivals hall, please proceed to the ''Meeting point'' (look up and follow the direction signs) The meeting point is located in the middle of Schiphol Plaza, near the travelators to train platforms 3-4 and 5-6, and close to the Burger King seated area. Just look for the ''meeting point'' sign. The driver will be there and holding a name sign with your name displayed. If you cannot find your driver: Please switch on your mobile phone. You should have received your driver's contact details by SMS. If you can't find your driver, please call the driver directly. If you encounter any issues, please visit to track your driver or chat with our Operations Support Team.

Our driver, Anas, was fantastic. He helped us with our bags and gave us lots of information about current Dutch life. His car was roomy and very clean. Definitely worth booking in advance.. The instructions from Get You Guide were very clear, with photos, so finding the meeting place was quite easy. Will be booking again with this app.

The car smelt of cigarettes. I have allergies to the smell, so not an enjoyable ride and music was obnoxious. He didn't have a sign with our name on it, as we were told would be the case. It was a little confusing His car was very nice & clean. He was very helpful bringing our luggage to the door of the hotel.q
