The starting point and parking were confusing. I had bought and printed our tickets online. I went to the address listed, but then after getting a new voucher, I had to cross the street for the bus. A few free parking spaces were pointed out and we parked there, but I wasn’t told there was additional paid parking across the street where we got on the bus. My husband (driver) and my mother, who uses a cane, were with me and we spent a lot of extra time driving, walking, parking, etc. Tour guide, Jeff, was okay. He was very knowledgeable, but his jokes and humor became tiresome. For a tour guide, his speech needs to be a little slower. I thought I had read reviews saying there were characters in costume who came on and off the bus, but this just happened once at the beginning. If time permits, I’d recommend taking the 90 minute tour and then taking the loop again and use the hop on and hop off option.

The 2 actors on route were very good and memorable. Out only regret was that the trolley didn't pause at points of interest long enough to take a picture. Overall, glad we did this overview tour. And thankful for the FREE parking. Savannah is a difficult city to park in.

My husband and I stopped here to get a tour of Savannah. We were doing a road trip and hitting several cities, this being the first stop. So we knew we couldn't spend much time there. So in order to save a lot of time and confusion about where to go, we decided to do this trolley tour. It's perfect if you're short on time because it was a 90 min tour but it's also perfect as an introduction to your trip to Savannah because then you have an idea of what you would like to see first and where to go. Our tour guide was Eddie, he was great and so were the employees whom played characters that made history in Savannah. It's best if you show up pretty early like we did. But I recommend this trolley tour to anyone because you can do on & off option as well.
