Immerse yourself in regional food culture as you’re introduced to gourmet products and locally-grown ingredients.  Roll up your sleeves and start cooking, learning to make dishes like bruschetta and vegetable fritters. After the first course of gnocchi with lamb ragu, prepare a plate of scallops and roasted potatoes. At the top of Monte Novo San Giovanni, you’ll have a wonderful view over central Sardinia and the Supramonte area. Looking over the beautiful forest of Sas Baddes, you will see the highest peaks of the island in the Gennargentu chain of moutains and, on clear days, you can also see the sea. The last stop will be for a typical lunch with the shepherds where all the products by the family in Orgosolo.
