Too many hours for few attractions

June 4, 2021

Overall experience is ok, but there were several confusions and complications during the experience: 1. Initial road took us about 4 hours instead of 2.5 expected, we had several bus changes and send to pick up someone in a far away location 2. I selected a Russian language option during booking since my wife doesn't speak english and I don't speak Spanish, however we got assigned to English group 3. When we got reassigned to Russian group it occurred that guide's Russian skills are so poor that we should've better stick with the original one :) Other then that all was ok, the trip was fun and interesting.

The tour supposed to start at 5-6 a.m but it was late. Then i called the tour worker and he said: "sorry our plans changed and the bus will come and take you up at 7.20 a.m" and they didn't tell that before via email nor whatsapp. The minibus was pretty old and noisy but our tour driver was a nice person. The trip was okay, we saw many sights and we had free open buffet food which was delicious. Our tour guide was nice but he drove us many souvenir shops. We spent around 1,5 hours to see only souvenir shops which was so annoying. In general it was nice.
