Departing between 8:00 - 8:30 AM, head towards the wine-producing region of the Maipo Valley. In under an hour, you will arrive at the town of Isla de Maipo where you will make your first stop at the Tarapaca Vineyard. From there, observe the beautiful surroundings and take some fantastic photographs. See the Maipo River, which is so important to Central Chile, and learn about the flora and fauna of the area. Following this, explore the town of Isla de Maipo and get to know its customs, architecture, and distinctive character. The next part of the experience starts with a visit to either De Martino, Santa Ema or Undurraga Vineyard. See the gardens, vineyards, and storage cellar at one of these traditional vineyards, ending with a wine tasting. Next, enjoy a wine and cheese tasting as you visit a small family vineyard that has been producing wines and spirits for 3 generations.  When you finish the tour, you're invited to the local partner's facilities, located in a beautiful agricultural field nestled between some hills. Since it's lunchtime, you'll sample the best food and drinks that local producers have to offer.
