We were a party of 5. Jaime was our guide. We were picked up at our hotel at 9 am in Santiago and spent the day going to Valparaiso and Vina del mar with interesting stops all the way. He then dropped one person at the airport and returned the rest of us to or hotel about 5 pm. This was very good value for our dollar. Jaime was entertaining and spoke English well.

This was fast and easy and convenient way to safely and quickly get from SCL to downtown Santiago. Our driver was very nice and helped us out with our luggage. Also, with booking ahead, we didn't have to deal with the taxi hagglers when we arrived in Santiago/SCL.

We visited Concha y Toro on traditional tour and enjoyed the 3 wine tastings. If you have an afternoon tour, some visitors may have been to another vineyard in the morning and may be rather tipsy and badly behaved…. However, we would highly recommend this trip.

Josefina was excellent. Good driver. Pointed out different landmarks or areas of interest.

Giovanni was wonderful! Full of information, patient & so friendly. A great day!
