The trip was a wonderful experience for me. I want to highlight high professionalism and care of the agency which runs this tour. I communicated with them by email and they were very helpful. Finally I had an emergency that I was very late arriving at the meeting spot and the guide Basso was very good in helping me to still get on the ferry on time! Really great customer care. Thank you. The ferry takes just over 2 hrs to reach La Palma. Every stop was very interesting and my only wish was that we could stay longer. The capital is a charming old town; lots of pretty houses, shops and cafes. Then we stopped at a couple of nice view points and then proceeded to the area affected by the volcano eruption. It was scary and fascinating to see the fresh lava field and the guide Rossi told us many vivid stories. We spent the afternoon in the sunniest corner of La Palma - there is a nice black sand beach and we had an awesome lunch! It was a full and interesting day!

Very pleasant team, we were a little afraid that there would be too many people on the boat but in the end it was very good! The meal provided is a plus. Not haute cuisine but we weren't asking for that much! And the whales were there, the children were thrilled. In short, a very good time! Thank you to the entire Maxicat crew! (small problem: the boat presented as "ecological" never took out the sail and ran on the engine for 3 hours...)

Excellent choice of things to see in one day! Our tour guide Rosie, was excellent and knowledgeable! She was happy to interact with all of us and answered all questions! The bus driver, Angel, has been perfect with smooth skills! I would highly recommend it as one-day day trip to see the volcano and a few other spots!

A day well spent on a catamaran cruise. Well organized (including transport to the marina, food, drinks...), well executed, excellent crew

We could see whales and dolphins, swim, eat and drink. The staff was super friendly! It was magical! Highly recommend
