We're a family of four (teenagers aged 13 and 16) who booked a 3,5 hour guided tour. The group was the four of us so it all became very customed to us. Our guide Olga picked us up, skipped the queue for us. She was the most excellent guide you could ask for. Knowledgeable, informative and good story teller. Brilliant spoken english and fun telling anecdotes and 'gossip'. We had 3,5 intense and interesting hours. The Winter Palace and the Hermitage were breathtaking with so much to see and take in. We're all greatly satisfied with the guided tour and especially pleased to spend the hours with Olga. We highly recommend this tour!!

Mille merci encore Eugène.
