- Alcatraz may move your ticket time up until three weeks prior to the tour, and you will receive an email confirmation from us with your tour time as soon as Alcatraz confirms
- Until you receive your confirmation, do not assume your tour is at the time you saw online or in your initial email confirmation
- Due to policies governed by Alcatraz, you must provide the name and birthdate for each person visiting the island, and you will be asked to provide this information by the tour operator after booking
- All travelers over the age of 18 must bring ID for their Alcatraz tour
- Without ID, tickets cannot be released for you to travel to Alcatraz
