Photos are taken at beginning of the cruise, can be purchased at the end! You’ll be thrilled to know that your dining experience does not have cruise-style seating, you’ll have privacy at your table and not be seated with strangers.

  The food was really good. There was a variety to choose from I.e. chicken, salmon, and/or beef. There were veggies, bread, salad, and garlic potatoes (which I had a nice serving of) the food was made perfectly. Not overly or under seasoned. Though the salad had cheese, a friend of mine was able to get a serving of salad in the side without cheese. The DJ played a variety of music and even played requests. The only thing, the cruise was suppose to be for three hours but we were only out for 2 hours.

  2. Brothels, Bites and Booze: San Diego Gaslamp Walking Tour

  We loved the tour! Our guide Angela was very knowledgeable and engaged with every participant of the group. We also liked that they don’t let the groups get too big. The restaurants and bars they picked out were perfect and even able to accommodate my food allergy. I had no expectations that they would be able to, but the guide called in advance and every restaurant was able to present me with a drink and snack that was suitable for me. Very impressive. If I could give six stars I would!

  This was our first experience on a Segway and we loved it. Scotty was fun and knowledgeable and made our experience very memorable. We would more than recommend Segway tours in general and specifically Another Side of San Diego Tours tour of Balboa Park. Be sure to ask Scotty for the super deluxe tour and he will show you the authentic nudist colony experience, right Scott? (wink, wink). They also recommended Donavan's restaurant to us when we asked about a good steakhouse and they were so right. Thanks for everything!

  10. San Diego: Old Town Tales, Tacos, and Tequila

  As the birthplace of California, Old Town San Diego has seen its fair share of history. Today, it’s also widely regarded for its restaurants, margaritas, and souvenir shops. Start your exploration at the Adobe Chapel which served both as a home and church in the 19th century. Then, you'll be treated to handmade tortillas, a world-famous dish that dates back to before Columbus landed in North America. After that, continue the tour and see one of the oldest brick buildings in Southern California, best known for its haunting ghost stories. Marvel at the wonderful examples of Victorian architecture, including San Diego's first Synagogue.   This tour is a must when you visit San Diego. Patti was very knowledgeable of Old Town, tequila and tortillas/tacos. Her knowledge of Old Town was jaw dropping. She even knew flowers and plants. I really enjoyed the conversations about Old Town's history of the building and locations not on the tour; which we pointed out and asked questions about. The tacos were delicious and the tequila was a lesson by itself.
