Excellent concert. However, It came as a surprise that jackets are not allowed in the concert hall. Further, there is a charge of 0.85 euro for depositing the jackets at the wardrobe counters. I think this should be made known at this website or at the ticket office. We did not know until we were stopped at the entrance and we have to fight the madness and long queue to deposit our jackets and queue again to get to the entrance of our section. When we reached inside, there were many who had their jackets on. Apparently, this rule is not enforced for all. This part is really annoying.

The seats we had booked was from the side. But right in front. So we could see the expression on the faces. They were enjoying performing for us, as much as we were enjoying the show

The sound in the Golden Hall is great. Take a tour of the hall to see and hear all the other rooms English tour at 1300 hrs

It would help knowing the seat where one will sit and even better if a map would show your seat before buying

The orchestra was fantastic. Could have played more Strauss though instead of mostly Mozart pieces.
