Quebec City: Montmorency Falls & Ile d'Orleans Half-Day Tour
- Duration: 4.5 hours
Visit the Côte-de-Beaupré region and Ile d'Orleans on a half-day tour from Quebec City. Discover the traditional villages of rural Quebec as you leave the driving to your experienced guide. Depart Quebec's Old Town and ride along the 40-kilometers of Chemin du Roy to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. Make a stop at Abert Gilles' copper art studio along the way then spend 45-minutes exploring the renowned Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica. Your next stop is the stunning Montmorency Falls, standing 1.5-times higher than Niagara Falls. Be treated to a short visit of the beautiful Island of Orleans (Ile d'Orleans) and its charming 19th Century rural atmosphere. Stop in at the Island chocolate shop for some sweet treats before the return journey. The tour concludes with your return to downtown Quebec.
The tour was really nice and they are very accommodating. We missed our original booking because we were late but they still honored it and allowed us to go on the tour the next day. I just wish we had more time on The island and on the falls and just totally skid the Copper Museum Tour.

Tour was amazing value for money! Our guide Alain was super and very entertaining. The bus was really comfortable and not crowded. Honestly, I am super critical, but this is a well deserved 5 star review.
Experience well the guide was also good I would have liked to be in the islands of Orleans in the afternoon to taste chocolate or ice cream because at 11 am early in the morning but overall it was good
It was an amazing experience.I enjoyed the comfort of the bus, the ride, the driver was nice and funny. It was worthy for the price. We saw the beauty of the county.
Very good tour. You can cut out the visit to the copper family and divide that time into the others and that would be great. Very friendly guide.
Thanks to Hélène, without whom the visit would not have been so good.
