The activity is very good but it is not necessary to take a skip the line, the audio guide must be downloaded so you must have a cellular plan with data because there is no wifi there. Also the indications to find the kiosk are not clear, you have to speak to the person in the small kiosk and not to the person who has the logo and who is in front of the kiosk, otherwise we queue for nothing... .

Booking was easy. It is also easy to find the newsstand that gave you the tickets and the audio guide code. The information on the ticket is very clear. The Basilica is beautiful, even if a part is being restored after the flood of 2019. Only with the basic ticket, you must then pay a separate visit to the Pala d'oro and the horses on the first floor. But with the will queue, it is easy to get them directly inside the Basilica.

Read the other reviews for tips on finding the kiosk where you pick up your tickets. Once you have them it’s all good. The Basilica was incredible; just an absolute wonder to see. Downloading the app for the audio tour is a pain; be prepared to do that on tour day once you get the tickets depending on your data plan. This skip the line was a good value, but if I did it again I’d spring for a guided tour. So much info that I’m certain we missed. Also kind of a pain that only the short loop inside on the main floor is included but other areas on interest cost extra.
