3. Algarve: Stand-Up Paddleboard Tour to Ingrina Caves
If you've never tried stand-up paddleboarding before, then you are in for a treat! Guides will show you the basics and all safety techniques. All paddleboard equipment is provided, including wetsuits and buoyancy aids. A lot easier than surfing, you'll soon be standing on boards that are big and stable. Explore the hidden coastline of southwest Algarve from the unique perspective of a stand-up paddleboard, and discover places you would never see on a boat tour. You will be transferred through the Natural Park to the paradise beach of Ingrina or Barranco, between Lagos and Sagres.
Then, it’s time to hit the coast, starting at a slow pace, stopping to enjoy magnificent grottoes and rock formations. Visit hidden beaches, and venture inside dark caves. Look out for birds above you, and fish below. You will even get the opportunity to try some cliff jumping for an adrenaline kick, or splash around and swim for those who prefer to take things gently.
