Excellent staff made entry very easy and the cloakroom facility is so efficient allowing you to then wander at will without concern regarding bags or coats. The audio guide is very clear and greatly adds to one's appreciation of the different aspect of the palace.

More than what we expected. Stefan was well prepared an well researched. Safe option to familiarise folks who are curious but uncomfortable to walk in red light district on your own. You also pass by coffee shop if you want to try out Amsterdam coffee culture.

If you have a mobility problem there is a lift just ask,the staff are very courteous, audio was very informative the whole palace was worth visiting.

Easy to book from the app. it was a full day ticket so I could go any time I wanted to. Also had an audio guide included which was great
