Royal Albert Dock Liverpool: Tours & Tickets
What people are saying about Royal Albert Dock Liverpool
Met up with several other couples at the appointed meeting place near pier head. Guide was waiting and chatting to other people on this tour who also arrived a little early. Then spent time taking photos and listening to our guide explain many things related to the water front as well as the Fab Four. We did not measure the distance we walked but it was not too strenuous for us (60 year olds), even up a set of stairs (due to a road closure) were not taxing. Stopped several times to listen to some very interesting facts about the Beatles and Liverpool. Tour ended up taking about 2 hours 20 minutes. Really enjoyed the tour.
This was a superb tour. There were only five passengers, so a good deal of chat between courier Tony and ourselves. With a wife coming originally from Liverpool, but having moved away over 50 years ago, there was lots to talk about. His commentary was excellent.
I'm not really a Beatles fan but did find the tour very interesting and informative, and going on this tour it went outside of town, and there is some nice places around Liverpool, as well as Liverpool itself. Damian was the guide and the bus driver was Ann.
Excellent walking tour of city centre. Things were pointed out by our brilliant tour guide, Patrick, that we would have been unaware of otherwise. The tour included the history of the historic and iconic buildings in Liverpool in addition to the Beatles.
Excellent tour. Guide was very knowledgeable about the city of Liverpool as well as the Beatles. He kept us entertained with his wit and humour as well as his wealth of knowledge. Would definatley recommend this tour.
