Great staff, very helpful and good commentary throughout the journey. Coffee and snacks available on-board. Good to see that staff had to tell passengers to give up seats for other passengers which they were using for their luggage. Seats could do with padding as some are a bit worn.

The Sealink staff were super friendly and helpful and the Quokka 2 was very comfortable and handled the sea state with ease. The bus tour was also very informative. Our host, Jason, took us to some special spots and his knowledge of the island and its history was really informative. The island itself has lots to see and do and you could easily spend a week or two here!

Rottnest Island is a fascinating place to visit, it is unique in a lot of different ways from beautiful scenery to unique animals like the quokkas, and numerous bird types. Plus an enjoyable trip on the ferry, the staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful and the eateries have very nice meals at reasonable prices. All in all a very good way to spend a day.
