The experience was amazing on its own. But the chain from my bike broke which of course can happen, the problem was that I called and waited and nobody came, after 40 minutes I left and they said they just came when I left. Then I called from a cafe because I couldn't stand to be in the heat in the middle of nowhere. They said someone would come, waited 1:30 hour, nobody and finally walked all the way to the port so I would't lose the ferry. The activity on its own is amazing, but if you encounter a problem the service isn't really good. Still enjoyed the quokkas and the views, could have done way more if help came right away, lost almost all my time on the island.

A must see and Rottnest Island is a must see for anyone who love’s stunning, beaches beautiful nature, and history to explore. Our bike hire/ferry ticket was such great value and every staff member from Bike Hire to Ferry staff were so wonderful to deal with. Thanks so much Fast Ferries! Staff were friendly and helpful. Bikes are loaded and unloaded onto boat for you. Heaps of free parking so you can leave the car for the day. the discount meals at Hilary’s are a bonus upon your return. By the time we ate, traffic had cleared and we had a clear run out of there
