    This tour is a day program, because in the morning it takes almost 3 hours to go through the security check at and in St. Peter's Basilica. Then it went almost seamlessly to the Vatican Museum. Another security check and everyone got new headphones to follow the tour guide's information. There were an unbelievable number of rooms and exhibits that required an explanation. After about 2-3 hours we reached the Sistine Chapel. At that point at the latest, everyone was happy to finally be able to sit down. It was still an incredibly interesting day with impressions that you will never forget!

    We were in Rome for four days and our guided tour with Alberto in St. Peter's Basilica and through the Vatican Museums was the absolute highlight.     We could not have been happier with the time spent with our guide, Andrea. She was knowledgeable, spoke and walked at a reasonable pace for us (both in our late 60s) and was able to mix in some humorous commentary that we enjoyed. All and all a very special experience! We will not hesitate to use the services of "getyourguide" again!!
