I booked the visit after being "hammered" on Facebook by the Get you guide ads, hoping it wasn't just one. Instead they proved to be serious and fast despite the thousands of people to manage and convey to their destination. Happy not to have done 3 hours in a row and to have done almost 3 hours of visiting with my family in the wonderful museums and in the Chapel with our audio guides (so we had all the time we wanted). The figure is worth it. In addition, they warned us with a message of the time change of the day after And luckily we arrived before the requested time so we did it more calmly.

Everything perfect, at the meeting point we met our guide (Mr. Paolo) really nice and prepared, you could clearly see the passion he put into his work. He accompanied us with professionalism and sympathy to visit religious but also political Rome without getting bored. I thank him very much for the good experience that made us live ... more than well spent money!

A bit difficult to find the ticket office to exchange the voucher for tickets, but it worked out fine. Worth not waiting on extra lines. Security is long enough. The Vatican museum is huge and well worth the visit. The actual Sistine Chapel part was a bit crowded and the attendants were rather rude. Yes, it is a sacred place, but shouting "silence" was a bit off putting overall.
