Everything was great. Knowledgeable and personable tour guides. The only issues is the amount of time between the morning and afternoon events. You have about an hour to get across the city and get lunch before four afternoon tour begins. I would suggest packing snacks or a lunch so that you aren’t late for the afternoon start time.

The day was excellent. We met at the Colosseum. The guide was easy to find. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The tour was done at a good pace. In the afternoon we went to the Vatican. Again we had a good guide. It was a busy day but we only had one day to see as much as we could.

It is a long day and if you are in Rome for more than a couple of days might be worth splitting into 2 days. 6 hour in total with lunch in the middle. We met at 8am and finished at 5.30 did a total of 19k steps! Both tour guides were very good and engaging. I would definately book tours as queues in peak season are very long.
