    We were collected by Max at the arrivals and were quickly and easily escorted to a very comfortable Mercedes car. He was both friendly and entertaining for the whole of the journey to our hotel, making our transit a very pleasant and enjoyable start to our holiday.

    Had I known how easy it was to get from airport to hotel by metro would not have used a shared shuttle, especially as we were hanging around airport waiting for driver and then a further wait for a flight from France to get people our shuttle was being shared by. That said the driver was courteous, chatty and informative.

    The driver was waiting for us on arrival at the airport, and as we were the only passengers set off straight away. On arrival at our hotel, it was not obvious where the entrance was, so he rang the hotel, found the entrance and carried our bags in. Great service.
