It was really difficult locating the tour guide since there was no description of who to look for. The people actually working were so overwhelmed by the number of people there they ignored us until I insisted and then they were rude saying that we were almost too late to join the tour...we’d been there for nearly 20 minutes at that point.

Great experience

It was a great experience, easy to find the meeting point, and tour coordinator Sarena was very helpful and guide (Sorry, I did not remember her name, but she was carrying a black flag with polka dot flag as an identifier) who make us enter to Vatican City, was very kind and provide all necessary information for a self guided tour

Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St Peters Basilica all in one.

We lucked out. Got guide that fast tracked us a lot most of the way. Other people also have this so line is very long even for fast track. People without fast track super long. The diagram and meeting place is a little confusing. You need to Meet at bottom stairs of Piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie.
