I loved! The guide is very calm and very well informed. As there is also a limit of people allowed inside each room of the gallery, we had the opportunity to really absorb and enjoy the pieces in peace. My 4 year old son wasn't very interested in art and was always on his cell phone (in silence). Although I would like him to pay more attention I am also aware that he is only 4 years old and I am sure other parents will agree with me that we (parents) are also entitled to enjoy something in peace from time to time.

We very much enjoyed our tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of providing the “back story” and history of the major works. As with many great museums, and espicllsy ones where you your visit has a limited duration having a skilled guide is so important, so one doesn’t miss out on some of the key and important pieces. FYI the gallery limits your visit to two hours maximum.

The gallery is amazing. Our guide Ilaria (hope I am spelling her name correctly) was so knowledgeable of the pieces in the gallery. Honestly I didn’t even feel the time go by as we moved from room to room. She framed everything like a story, you even felt drawn to hear what was next. It’s also lovely to be able to walk about the area after the tour. Truly an enjoyable experience and highly recommended.
