Meet your guide in the pedestrian zone of Castel Sant’Angelo, where you’ll get an introduction on how to ride a Segway personal transporter before heading out on your 2.5-hour tour. Start out in the gardens of Hadrian's Mole (the mausoleum of the Roman Emperor Hadrian), moving through the oldest quarters of Rome to Piazza Navona and the Stadium of Domitian. Next you’ll have the opportunity to admire the Pantheon before heading to the Trevi Fountain, undoubtedly the most famous fountain in the world. When you arrive at the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, you’ll climb the Pincian Hill for spectacular views of the city. Great fun but poor response, bad communication and no flexibility

Thankfully our 2 guides were charming, and helpful. On the other hand, several bad points: - no clear information as far as route is concerned: the ticket said Castel Sant'Angelo to Borghese Gardens which was false since we finished where we had started: Castel Sant'Angelo. And the route was never mentioned before meeting. - as soon as the weather forecast made it clear that the activity was going to be terrible, we tried to postpone or cancel. But the local organisation gave us zero flexibility. We had to either do the activity no matter how bad the weather was or loose our money. 16 people x 50€, i.e. 800€!. As a matter of fact, it was pouring half of the time, to the point that we couldn't see and were soaked and shivering and had to stop and look for shelter. Still the local manager offered no reduction or voucher!

Reservation of a visit in French or the guide only speaks English, and again ... He took us for a walk, but it was in no way a guided tour. Barely a few words about each monument.
