Once you clear customs you’ll be greeted by a member of the local partner's staff in the terminal's arrivals hall. Pre-book this comfortable private transfer by luxury vehicle either from Fiumicino Airport to your accommodation located within the Aurelian Walls, or in the other direction, and begin or end your visit to the Eternal City in style. Avoid the stress of finding a taxi or dealing with the public transportation system. The service is available day and night, with a small supplement charge for service between 00:00 and 06:00.       The driver was very punctual and actually met us in the lobby of our hotel. He helped us with our bags. His vehicle was immaculate! The GYG transfer was for a party of 1 to 3 people. We had a party of 2. The driver was told there was only one person. He did take both of us. I do hope GYG compensates him properly.

      We took the transfer from the airport to city center (our VRBO). Driver was on time to pick us up at the airport. He helped us with our bags. He also helped with saying some things correctly in Italian. He was very nice man. It was a bit of a walk from the airport terminal to where the van was which was great for us to stretch our legs but for some it may be too much of a walk. The driver picked us up in a very clean van. As it was our first trip to Italy it would have been nice for him to mention some points of interest along the way. But overall this was an excellent transfer.

      I used this service in Feb 2020. The driver was there when we exited, had our name on a sign, and drove nice and safely. I've had other drivers in Rome and I was holding my breath the whole ride. This guy was great and friendly. The car was also new and clean.
