We went to collect ticket as detailed, only 1 lady in tour guide office so this took nearly and hour! Piazza Navona Underground bit dissapointing as felt very small and cramped, not what we expected. You then have trip over to Trevi underground for next part which was the best bit in the aquaduct. Told no audioguide but we were given one between each pair. This was fascinating and well worth the visit.
