We loved it! Perhaps our favorite thing we did in Rome. We made pasta from scratch, enjoyed a delicious meal, learned about Roman food and ended up with restaurant recommendations at the end. Alisa and Stephan speak perfect English and have great energy and senses of humor.

We really enjoyed this pasta-making class - the instructors were energetic and enthusiastic, which made the class very fun and engaging. The class did not feel rushed, so we could really perfect our technique and ask questions. The food itself was delicious. We also really appreciated that the instructors shared recommendations for places to eat around Rome - we tried a few of their recommendations and they were all amazing! Would recommend - this experience was a highlight of our trip.

The instructions were very clear. The instructors didn't only tell us how to make pasta but also lots of tips for making pasta, where to find good food and the cultural preference for dinner and breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed the class so so much. I wish the chefs will have great success on this course and continue to share their passion for foodies like us. All the best :)
