Firstly, discover how to make homemade gelato using all ingredients and tools needed. Italian gelato is a specialty known all over the world and is characterized by its genuine taste and the quality of the raw materials. This part is a group activity, where you will help the chef create the gelato.

Next, make your own pasta from flour and eggs. The chef will explain the difference between egg pasta and normal pasta, bringing your attention to the consistency of the pasta sheet and to the cut.

Choose your pasta sauce such as carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, or alfredo. Finally, sit down and enjoy your homemade meal with a glass of wine.

Our family group of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids) chose this experience and we were more than pleased. The staff greeted us with an appetizer to start, and then showed us how to make 2 types of gelato and a type of pasta. The instructor involved the kids in the gelato making and helped make the dough making, rolling, and cutting process fun and manageable for them. Ending the session with eating what we made really topped off the experience. We highly recommend this for families of all ages!

It was well planned. The class was hands on and I learned some good tips for pasta. The gelato was less hands on — there were 10 in our class —but it was instructive and tasty. The only downside for me was the tiMe commitment. It said 1-1/2 hours which was the instruction part but need another hour or so for actually eating the pasta and gelato

Very nice activity. The meeting point is very easy to find. We were greeted by a very nice person, beaming with good humor, and a glass of proseco. Everything was prepared for the cooking class: two beautiful tables with all the ingredients and utensils laid out for the class. Once the course was over, we were seated outside to taste what we had prepared, sharing the table with the other course participants, which was even more rewarding. The only downside: the activity is a little too early, we finished the lesson at 6:30 p.m. and were served before 7 p.m.... which is a little too early to eat the evening meal for my taste!
