Full description

Discover the masterpieces of Rome in one day on this tour of the Colosseum area, Vatican Museums, and Sistine Chapel. Skip the ticket lines and your guides will be there to give you an insider's point of view.

Access the Colosseum and get ready to enter into the legend. Learn about the architecture and history of this amphitheater, which hosted ancient Romans, senators, emperors, gladiators, and animals from around the world.

In summer (April-October), you'll have the opportunity to visit Palatine Hill, the foundation of Rome, and the Roman Forum from the inside. In the winter (November-March), discover Capitol Hill, the site of the Mayor of Rome, offering views of the Roman Forum. Make a tasty stop in a Roman bistro with limited seats, then be ready to visit the Vatican Museums. No trip to Rome is complete without a visit to the Vatican Museums.

The Vatican Museums are home to 54 different galleries including four statue museums: Museo Pio-Clementino, Museo Chiaramonti, Museo Gregoriano Etrusco and the Museo Gregoriano Egiziano.

Perfect to inspire the art lover in anyone, these museums are home to some of the most famous works of art in the world, with artists including Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Carvaggio, Raphael, and Giotto, to name a few. The 54th gallery of the Vatican Museums is the famed Sistine Chapel. Completed around 1483, the Sistine Chapel is arguably the most famous chapel in the world due to the artwork located within.

View many of the most famous frescoes in the world, including the famous ceiling and "The Last Judgement" painted by Michelangelo.

Not only does the Sistine Chapel hold some of the world's most precious works of art, but it is also still used for religious purposes such as the papal conclave, the process through which a new pope is chosen.
