    Meet at a stunning location in central Rome and enter a private room for your extra-virgin olive oil class with food tasting. Discover the excellence of Italian olive oil and its producers. You will then begin your 2-hour class on olive oil, in which you will learn how to select quality oils, how to taste it properly, and how to partner it with food. In an engaging and step-by-step social class, you will venture behind the scenes of the most important ingredient of Mediterranean cuisine. Discover a world of local, quality producers whilst learning the various nutritive properties of olive oil. You will discuss with your hosts the history of olive oil, as well as the different varieties. You are sure to walk away from this tour with a profound new knowledge of olive oil that you can share and show off to your friends at dinner parties back home!

    • A FFP2 mask (for participants over 14 years old) or a mouth-nose protector (for participants from 6-13 years old) must be worn in all indoor areas. We also recommend wearing a mask outdoors if a safe distance cannot be maintained
    • All passengers of public transport over 6 years old must present either proof of full vaccination, proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months, or a negative Covid-19 test taken no more than 24 hours before you travel
    • All participants must present either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 3 months. Students under the age of 18 are exempt except during school holidays. Children who have not started school yet are also exempt
    • All participants 18 years and older must present proof of full vaccination

    Daniela is quite knowledgeable about food and history and olive oil. She is eager to share her love of food with others. her English is impeccable and her conviviality contagious. I highly recommend this experience for anyone wanting more of Italian foods.
