Highlight of our visit to Rome. Arvin was a fantastic guide, he customized the tour to what we wanted to see and, we learned so much history and so many stories. We booked the evening tour in the first day we arrived as it forced us to be out and awake. I thought we’d only do 2 hours because we’d be jet lagged and 3 whizzed by.

It was a lot of fun to be able to spend the evening in Rome with Artur. He showed us a lot and also had a lot to tell. All in all a brilliant Segway tour !!! Organization and process was just good! Should we ever come to Rome again, a Segway tour with Artur is simply part of it !!

The best thing you'll do in Rome

We've been on plenty of tours (and that's quite a lot), and we think this was probably the best overall experience of them all. Our guide, Veronica, has an excellent command of English, and a great depth of knowledge of current and past theories of Roman antiquities. Touring by night has the advantages of far less traffic (foot and vehicular), the great nighttime Roman city street vibe, and the amazing lighting of the various pieces. Touring by Segway is easy and fun; their operation is simple and intuitive, and you cover a ton of terrain in minutes, without effort, instead of huffing your way for hours along the bewildering thicket of alleys and streets by which you make your way to the various sites. A definite must-do.
