The opera I applied to was changed, and I had to go out to the office to change it. In addition, the response was arrogant and it was going to be ranked down when entering the site, so it was hard to get back the status. Also, the mineral water that I ordered with the spaghetti service cost 10 euros and felt the vicious taxi. The opera itself was fun. There is a problem with the operation service!

The meeting point was closed as was the collection of tickets not found, impossible. Places of the experience very poorly indicated, luckily we walked around to find the concert. Very poor support from local and French interlocutors. The only sentence and excuse we got was “it's covid's fault”. Very poor communication between the interlocutors. The concert lasts only one hour and not two hours as indicated.

The event offered an opera experience in an iconic place or church in the city, something that never happened. The actual event was a woman playing the piano and singing (anything but opera) in a backyard.
