Emanuel was amazing he picked us up on the port as we got off the cruise ship. He then took us into Rome, parking within meters of everything. So nothing was too far to walk. He always managed to find somewhere near by to park and we saw so many more sites than we would have done on a standard trip! Would definitely recommend. Such an amazing day :)

Marco picked us up from the terminal on time, he showed us what the points of interests are on his map and he gave us reading material about the places we needed to see. Seeing that Rome was like trying to condense a Washington DC visit in one day, we immediately hit the Vatican, followed by Piazza Navona, then the Pantheon, drove by the capitol, stopped at the Roman Forum, then stayed at the Colosseum for an hour (with skip the line ticket). He then brought us to Trevi fountain, then the Spanish steps, then Trastevere (panoramic view of Rome) then back to the terminal. He knew all side streets to use to avoid traffic. This really helped with the time factor. He wanted to bring us to some restaurant for lunch but we opted to just get take out so we can see more places as we did spend a lot of time in the Vatican (optional because of the guided tour). Highly recommended tour!

Before the tour even started we got a call and message from the tour owner Fabrizio to give us contact info and coordinate meeting. Fabrizio also followed up after to make sure the trip was good. It was! Emanuele was GREAT! Upon picking us up he asked us what we wanted to do and see and built the itinerary around it. He was very knowledgeable about the sights and had a book and audio tape for each. He was courteous and thoughtful, suggesting we stop for restroom and water before entering the city, giving us advice on how much time we should spend and what we should look for. He always dropped us off right at each site and was exactly where he said he would be. He selected a nice restaurant for lunch and waited within view. We saw so much in such a short time and NEVR felt rushed. These are the same guys Disney uses, for half the price. Book with confidence. Excellent.
