The course was a lot of fun and actually deserved five stars. However, the service during the meal was underground: we waited 20 minutes and the waiter did not come to take a drink order, although the restaurant was not fully booked. We got the first serving of pasta and I didn't have a drink or cutlery. By the time that was at the table, the noodles were cold. We then waited for the limoncello - although the waiter had already picked it up - for another 25 minutes. We would have liked to have ordered an additional drink (at our own expense), but was not possible due to the waiter's lack of interest. The young women in the restaurant seemed more important. Unfortunately, the overall service was so bad that in retrospect it spoiled the cooking course a bit. That is very unfortunate, as the cook was really very nice, hard-working and competent.

It was a really nice and interesting experience. The chef Alessandro was very kind, inspirational and showed us some useful kitchen tips and also shared some funny stories from Italian life. Highly recommended.
