Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Rome. The Time was very we’ll spent & the food was remarkable. Chef Giuseppe & Mersad we’re so fun! In addition to being great teachers, they were witty and fun! It was worth the metro ride south of the city center. The class location was a lovely piece of land with great outdoor space to enjoy your freshly made pizza and pasta. We really enjoyed meeting other participants, it was the perfect size class.

Absolutely loved this class! I booked it for my husband's 40th birthday. As a vegan, I had asked before booking whether it was suitable and was told it would be, but if I'm honest I was skeptical - I didn't need to be! The pizza making was very easy as a vegan, as all I had to do was not put cheese on the pizza. We learnt it takes 3 days to make the dough! When it came to making the pasta, there were two options - water/flour, or egg pastas. Once we'd learnt to make the dough and the shapes, we made our lunch for the day and they made me a special sauce as the others weren't vegan. Chef Giuseppe & Mersad had a great dynamic, and added a sense of humour to the day which made us feel at ease and very welcome. We were also lucky to have a great group of people to share the experience with! There was free flowing wine, juice and water throughout the day and we left feeling full and satisfied with our day - apparently the tiramisu was to die for (although I didn't have any!)

We had an amazing time! I was mildly concerned about the outdoor kitchen in December, but it was perfect. The “outdoor” kitchen was an enclosed space temperature controlled and a perfect set up for making pizza. We learned a lot, made and ate a great meal, and really enjoyed out chef. Great experience in Rome!
