This service made it very easy to get from the airport to hotel. Driver met us right outside baggage claim and took us to the car within 5 minutes walking. The Mercedes was very nice and comfortable ride to the hotel. I highly recommend using this service, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. This was very enjoyable.

The transfer was good except they rang on the day of pick up trying to change the pick up time. We said no as we wanted to be at the airport in plenty of time. They said they couldn’t make it at the arranged time as it was difficult for the diver as he had other trips. We had booked and paid for this time 6 weeks prior so there was no reason they could not book around this time. They said they would ring us back and let us know. We received no return phone call and when it was 15 minutes after the pickup time we had to ring them and find out where they were. They arrived 10 minutes later. It was lucky we had ordered the transfer at the time we did as the traffic was terrible. Annoyed that we had to argue with them to get them to be there at our booked time and that they did not have the courtesy to ring us back, however the driver was very polite and helpful.

This service was efficient and got us to the airport on time however I was not happy that when I phoned the day prior to confirm that they told me the time they would pick me up and when I said I wanted it earlier they were not very accommodating. In the end the driver did picked me up a bit earlier but not when I had wanted. As this was a private transfer it should be when I want the pickup time and I found this needs to be sorted in future.
