Very disappointed

The guide was interesting..but i was very disappointed with the trip and would not recommend..the gude rambled for so long we had 20 mins in the shul and museum..the blonde lady in the shul spoke for a maximum of 5 minutes..she was most rude and curt to anyone who asked a question..not inviting at all.. a refund or partial refund would be nicex
