Our driver was EXCELLENT! he did a great job and was very accommodating. We had reserved a van for 4 persons with lots of luggage. But what came was a sedan. One of our passengers had departed days earlier due to a family emergency so we were one person short and short his luggage also. We did not report this change so the company had no idea. The only way we got 3 people into the car was to sit one in front and have suitcases inside the car packed to the ceiling. This could have been a worse disaster had we not lost a passenger. In addition we were not told to take the free cruise ship shuttle to the outside pick up spot. Apparently the driver was not allowed to come inside the cruise terminal like taxis were allowed to do. It was very confusing to locate the driver

Fast ride but not the right terminal

Great car! Fast ride! BUT was dropped off at the WRONG TERMINAL. Told the driver we were flying from Rome to Paris and then to the U.S. He dropped us off at the International terminal but we needed to be at the Domestic terminal. So we needed to take all of our luggage on a trolley and walk to the domestic terminal which was a hassle!! Thankfully we had enough time . The Driver should have known better since he tokes people to the airport all the time. Very disappointing.

The communication was not great with the company. They sent an email suggesting an earlier meeting time, and when I confirmed an earlier time, they never responded. We waited at the designated pick up location they provided (taking the shuttle from the ship's dock to the port entrance), and found out our driver was at the dock. Our driver even called it a miscommunication. It added more stress than needed as we were trying to make sure we made our flight. When we contacted the provider via WhatsAPP, they gave us the phone number of our driver to contact her, but they gave us the wrong number. We spoke with a different driver who was at the port picking up someone else, but luckily, he was wonderful and so helpful and waited with us to find our driver.
