When I frist time arrived the traimine station. I was expect the bus park in the front but it park on back of the station where i did not recognize the station at all. I had to ask around in order to know my location. I will suggest that your tour guide should infrom the customer where exactly the location and where is the local taxi station is. It is way better for the frist time traveler. Thanks.

Went without a hitch .... Lady was waiting with a sign where the port shuttle dropped us at 8.30am and the bus left for Rome at 9.30am sharp. Excellent bus with wifi. Pleasant trip through the countryside with some traffic through Rome. Drop-off at Termini 2 blocks from our hotel in under 2 hours. Highly recommended. Ian from Australia 19th Nov 2022

We were met at the embarkation point outside the cruise terminal as promised. The instructions in english were clear and accurate. The luggage was treated with great care. The bus ride was smooth and quick. However the drop off point was a few blocks outside the Termini Station and the bus driver did little to help passengers get oriented. Without Google Maps to locate the train station, we would have been lost.
