Very good, nice visit, long enough to see everything and not enough to get bored, very pleasant staff, guided tour with notes of humor ... great activity to do with the family, makes it possible to see all the monuments and to choose more easily visits during short stays

I had no issues at all. Buses were on time earlier in the day and very close to on time given the traffic of late afternoon. Bus was clean, staff was friendly. Good experience whenever I've booked in the cities where they run. Very good value for the cost.

To be mentioned positively - the upper deck is currently closed & it is heated (pleasant with the currently low temperatures). Windows were very clean so that we could see everything well.

As in other European metropolises, a very meaningful and informative way to get to know a city and to quickly get an overview

Good day, this attraction is great, we really enjoyed it in those three days and the staff was great.
