I booked my tour online via GetYourGuide, the day before the trip. Shortly after, Rokaia from Saudi tours, WhatsApp me regarding the logistics and provided my guide’s contact information. Rokaia contacted me after the tour to check on the overall experience. My tour guide, Ahmed, was very prompt in his follow-up before the tour. He called a day before to confirm the details and was punctual for the pick up. During the tour, he was attentive, informative and helpful. Thank you Ahmed for making the tour an enjoyable and unforgettable experience! Overall, I will recommend Rokaia from Saudi Tour and definitely Ahmed as your tour guide! Well done!
