This tour was amazing. The bus was nice, cold and comfortable. It felt so safe and secure. Our tour guide, Ruth Zamora, was absolutely incredible and hilarious. The cenote was beautiful and the all-you-can-eat buffet was so good. The only difficult thing about this was that we came from Tulum, and we got picked up by another van that brought us to the main bus in Playa del Carmen. It was pretty confusing in the morning and our drive is two hours longer than what the tour says, but everything worked out and I’m very happy with the day.

We had a great guide! Funny, smart, multilingual. Kept us on time at each of our activities. Mayan lunch was fantastic! Just be careful with the green stuff...it's not guacamole...lol. This was a fantastic experience seeing the Mayan ruins. We never thought we would. Just remember to wear clothing that is cool and protects you from the sun.

You should definitely book this!! I can’t recommend it enough. Miguel (Mike) is an amazing tour guide—we had a great time on the ride to the site learning Mayan math/ calendar. It was so fun, time flew on the drive there and didn’t feel like 2 hours at all!! The stop at Chichen Itza was great- he was very knowledgeable and we had plenty of time to roam off on our own. It’s absolutely something you should not skip when visiting. Next, we went to a delicious lunch—probably my favorite meal of my 12 day stay here in Mexico!! The cenote was immediately after, and it’s breathtaking, refreshing, and the perfect way to cool down after walking around all morning. The colonial city was also a great stop for treats and to prepare for the journey back home. Everything is so organized and made the day easy to enjoy with zero stress…that’s the point of vacation, right?!
