The only hiccup was the website said a free glass of prosseco and half bottle of wine per person. when i asked for the wine ,i was told this was no longer available. i questioned this and showed the manager on my phone. there was no fuss and we got the wine. The wine was a selling point for us being a large party. The food was lovely and piping hot. The singer was excellent and we danced the night away,

The actual route aside from not seeing the front of Buckingham Palace was good. What really let the whole experience down was the headphone commentary. Our group found this to be childish and informative in any tangible way. This tour would be greatly improved if there was a continual commentary talking about all of the sites and places of interest that we passed. Scrap the quiz and the mindless banter. No one is interested.
