Monday - Arrastapé Menu
Starter options: oxtail dumpling with sauce or cashew creamy dumpling.
Main course: salted meat skewer, baião de dois (homogenous mixture of beans, rice and parsley), fried cassava and farofa.
Dessert: creamy Cocada (a coconut candy) with tapioca ice cream.
Drink options: water, soda, lemon caipirinha, lemon, strawberry or pineapple caipivodka. Only one drink per person.
Tuesday - Samba Social Clube Menu
Starter: portion of 6 pastéis (fried dough) stuffed with cheese, meat or shrimp.
Main course: shrimp bobó (stewed shrimp with coconut milk, dende oil and manioc cream) or beef bait, rice, beans, farofa and French fries.
Dessert: chocolate brownie with ice cream.
Drink options: draft beer, caipirinha or soda. Only one drink per person.
Wednesday - Coisa de Carioca Menu
Starter options: bean broth served with bacon crispy, roasted garlic and chopped parsley on toast or tapioca dads with pepper jelly.
Main course options: shrimp "escondidinho" (brazilian shrimp shepherd's pie) au gratin with cream cheese and mashed potatoes or beef and chicken skewers served with vinaigrette sauce, bacon farofa and fries.
Dessert options: chocolate mousse or passion fruit pave.
Drink options: Brahma draft beer, soda, lemon caipirinha, natural juice (pineapple, passion fruit or Swiss lemonade). Only one drink per person and mineral water with or without gas.
Thursday - Mané Menu
Starter: Coxão Mané - a snack prepared with pork rib meat and cheese filling. Accompanied by the best mustard in the world!
Main course: Ribs Rice - Long-cooked, shredded ribs, mixed with seasonings, rib broth, and rice, all topped with bacon farofa, torched cheese on the table, and hard-boiled egg.
Dessert: Pancake with dulce de leche and vanilla ice cream.
Drink options: 750ml draft beer, soft drink or juice. Only one drink per person.
Friday - La Carioca Menu
Starter: ceviche - white fish, tiger milk, red onion, pepper, cilantro and lime.
Main course: rice with seafood - typical Peruvian-style paella with octopus, scallops, shrimp and squid.
Dessert: spicy brigadeiro - dark chocolate brigadeiro with pisco, slightly spicy.
Drink options: pisco sour (Peruvian drink with pisco, sour mix, goma jarabe) or non-alcoholic drinks (on request). Only one drink per person.
