The bus drivers were great, the service was fantastic, the only problem was the emails regarding the pick up time of our bus to Richmond was incorrect. We were waiting for a 1pm bus, but apparently it is meant to pick us up at 1.30pm. As it was held up due to bad traffic, the other passengers and I were waiting in the cold for an hour. The website and emails need to be updated to state 1.30pm pick up for Richmond.

Tony the bus driver was great and great views of Hobart
